Six sessions across ninety days, taught from a curriculum chosen for the level the group is actually at rather than the level the brochure assumes.
Their own workspace
Every participant holds their own Deaku account and their own workspace, and their content stays theirs. They keep both after the ninety days, whatever happens to the engagement.
One place the group works
The group shares one accelerator workspace for the sessions: the project, the calendar, the chat and the notes from each session, in one place rather than across an inbox and a shared drive.
A written report at the end
A written report at day 90 covering what changed, what worked and what to keep doing, and a way of planning, publishing and reviewing that they run themselves once we are gone.

You find out who actually turned up
Attendance is recorded per person per session rather than as a headcount, so what your host reports back to you is a real record of who turned up rather than a guess at engagement. It reaches you from your host, not from a dashboard you log into.
Billing that fits how you fund it
One invoice to the network for the whole engagement, or one invoice per participant if that is how your funding works. Agreed before kick-off, not after.
A level per group
Levels are chosen per accelerator, so a network with a wide membership can run a beginner group and an advanced group rather than one session pitched to fit nobody.
How it runs
Ninety days, six sessions, all booked up front.
- 01Six sessions on days 1, 15, 29, 43, 57 and 85, across ninety days from kick-off.
- 02The first session is 90 minutes, because it works out where the group actually is before it teaches anything. The closing session on a group runs 90 minutes too, so the review can go round everybody.
- 03All six are booked at kick-off, on the day and at the time they fall.
- 04Everyone taking part holds their own Deaku account, and the group shares one accelerator workspace.
The fee
The fee is agreed per engagement.
There is no per-head rate on this page because there is not one to publish. What a network pays depends on how many people are taking part, the level they need and how many groups you want to run, so we work it out with you and put the figure in writing before anything is booked.
You can be invoiced once for the whole engagement, or each participant can be invoiced separately if that is how your funding works. That is settled before kick-off rather than argued about afterwards.
